CSC Uses Yoh IT Support Audit to Attain Help Desk Institute Certification

PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 20, 2004 – Yoh IT Support, a Day & Zimmermann company and a leading provider of technology support solutions, has successfully completed a Help Desk Institute (HDI) audit that has resulted in the certification of Computer Sciences Corporation's (NYSE: CSC) Systems Operations Support Center in Moorestown, NJ.

The HDI Support Center Certification makes CSC one of only 17 organizations in the world that have received this distinction.

Yoh IT Support employs one of fewer than 25 HDI certified auditors worldwide. HDI's certification process is gaining momentum in the marketplace with nearly 20 approved centers, including four within the last two months.

In order to become certified to HDI global standards, support centers are
evaluated as to their level of maturity and performance results (four levels defined) against a series of 67 standards in eight core areas: leadership, policy and strategy, people management, resources, process and procedure, people satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and performance results. HDI requires an onsite audit to ensure that companies meet the defined certification standard scores. In order to maintain certification status, companies must continue their commitment to the HDI program and its standards through annual mini-audits.

Yoh IT Support will present its CSC success story as well as its other solutions and services at the HDI Annual Conference, currently underway in Orlando, FL.
