Global Agribusiness Leader Syngenta Outsources Recruitment to Yoh HR Solutions

PHILADELPHIA—February 19, 2008—Yoh, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services and a unit of Day & Zimmermann, has signed a three-year recruitment outsourcing agreement with Syngenta Inc. (NYSE:SYT) to identify, attract, and hire high-impact talent for  nine Syngenta locations. Yoh HR Solutions will provide end-to-end Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services that will help the U.S. division of the $8.1 billion global agribusiness improve time-to-fill, reduce cost-per-hire, and free Syngenta’s leadership to focus on business-critical issues other than hiring.
